How low can we expect interest rates to go? I am thinking about refinancing within the next 6 - 12 mos.? - refinancing rates
I currently have a mortgage rate of 5.75% was opened in 2003 to 165,000 and 30 years. I have also received about 25 - 30k refinancing, when I do I hope that the interest rates in the vicinity of the range of 4.75% or less.
I wonder if they lower this year ...
