Calories In Cup Of Tea Machine Is This A Good Day. Please Rate I Need Big Help?

Is this a good day. please rate i need big help? - calories in cup of tea machine

woke up late: 9:45
Breakfast 10 hours
Can black beans 1 cup (over 220 calories)
2 / frozen green beans 3 (40 cal)
1 flour tortilla (120 calories)
small portion of tofu (50 calories)

Sandwiches between 10 and 1pm sugarless gum were 10 sticks (5 CAL each x 10 = 50 calories)

Snack 1:30 pm
1 large mango

wokout 5 heures 1 miles on foot and 20 minutes
1 miles and 10 minutes jogging
30 minutes crosstrainer

Dinner approximately 6 hours
1 / 2 cup oatmeal (150 calories)
And1 Silk soy milk cup (100 calories)
Messages than 7 or 8 pm
A green apple and a small manderiin


i Drnk many Wate and 6 cups of hot green tea (0 calories)
IM 15 years old. 5 "4 124 pounds trying to (100 pounds of lean)

I'd give it a 2 That's all the calories, and it seems that almost 1,200 calories. But this is not the only factor. If I ate 500 calories of pure sugar every day, I eat a lot, but still thick. She looks like a may have unrealisitc goal. £ 100 is very low. If you are using and the exercise of that amount, you can get a lot of muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.
A weight loss of 24 pounds is huge. You are in a large body mass index (BMI) of about 20 for your height and weight.

I recommend eating more during the day. Perhaps a few sandwiches, granola or whole wheat Turkey.

In order, im sorry that sounds a little weird for me. I'm 13, 118 pounds, and try to muscle and gain weight for the sport. to maybe your not the athletic type, but I think that's ridiculous 100 pounds per year within 15 years. but hey ..... just my opinion.
