I know the cold and now (I'm in the Midwest), but if it seems a bit warmer, almost better when you wear the pants be barefoot in public EAIS. I like the work of the whole leg khaki Dickies (with a pocket for your cell phone) I have 2 pairs that I bought a size smaller than usual for a good part of my foot and not on the ground to grind, or I a pair of black jeans, carpenter fit barefooting in the public and all too impressive.
